The conical profile of the Trail Spike is designed to match the varying grip diameter of the hand. It features a uniquely formulated synthetic rubber material with a diamond knurl on the topside and a waffle pattern on the bottom side, providing excellent slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions. The reinforced polymer composite grip tube is easy to assemble using a single-sided clamp. The end of the grip has a reinforced base that wraps over the end of the bar, preventing the grip from being cut in the event of a crash or if the bar is dropped on its end. A lightweight forged aluminium alloy clamp securely positions the hand grip, eliminating the risk of slippage. This design is ideal for all off-road bicycles, focusing on handling and performance.
